3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within select areas in Goa via our electric rickshaw. For other locations, delivery timelines and charges will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
4. Returns & Replacements

Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries.

Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, along with photographic proof.

Replacement or refund decisions are at our discretion after inspection.
